(2009) using CTD, XCTD, and UCTD profiles collected each year from July through October. The FWC is calculated\u00a0using optimal interpolation\u00a0on a\u00a050-km square grid\u00a0between 70\u02daN and 80\u02daN, and 130\u02daW &#8211; 170\u02daW, and where water depths exceed 300 m. \u00a0Spatially-integrated fresh water volumes for the BGR (encompassing an area of 1.023 x 10<sup>6<\/sup>\u00a0km<sup>2<\/sup>) are labelled for each year on each panel in Figure 2 (and shown in Figure 1), with uncertainties determined from combining the uncertainties in the profiles with the optimal interpolation errors shown in Figure 3.<\/p>\n<p>The most up-to-date FWC data (2003-2023) can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/whoi-my.sharepoint.com\/:u:\/g\/personal\/lplueddemann_whoi_edu\/EaHiBAY7-H1AgB3qtzWZJSwBrhlIlRfj_0_KvZNeX9NEdQ?e=xObB3t\">here<\/a>.
