Directions to the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution Quissett Campus

Parking for Commencement

Please park in the Clark Laboratory parking lot.  Vans will leave from the front of the Clark building to the ballfield and will return to the front of Clark intermittently after the festivities.  DO NOT PARK NEAR THE COASTAL RESEARCH CENTER OR CLARK SOUTH.  These areas need to be clear for the procession and for easy access by the services and food crews.  A limited number of parking spaces will be made available near the Coastal Research Center for handicap parking only.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 10:30 AM.  Please make every effort to be in your seat by that time or you may be delayed in obtaining a seat until after the procession enters.

Robing

If you are marching in regalia, please be in the following rooms NO LATER THAN 9:45 AM.  Graduates and alumni (2010-2015) should be at Clark by 9:30 to allow time for photos.  The academic procession will start promptly at 10:15 and proceed onto the ballfield through the walkway between Clark and Fye Lab.  There will be receptacles on the ballfield for all rented robes, caps, and hoods which must be returned immediately following the reception.
