Research Interests:<\/strong> Facilitating collection of large data sets through the development, implementation, and testing of new technologies. Development of new sensors for use in underwater vehicles; emerging technologies; phytoplankton physiology; the ties between climate change and ecosystem vulnerability especially in sub-polar\/polar ecosystems; communicating ocean science to the public and encouraging young women interested in STEM fields.<\/p>\n
