Our Mission<\/h1>\n

We use electromagnetic fields to study the geology of some of Earth’s least accessible locations: mid-ocean ridges and subduction zones, kilometers below the ocean. These areas contain information about the physical processes driving plate tectonics, the global water and carbon cycles, and the potential for natural hazards.\u00a0<\/p>\n
