{"id":4542,"date":"2024-01-06T17:04:43","date_gmt":"2024-01-06T21:04:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www2.whoi.edu\/site\/itp\/?page_id=4542"},"modified":"2024-01-06T17:16:44","modified_gmt":"2024-01-06T21:16:44","slug":"itp68-data-processing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www2.whoi.edu\/site\/itp\/data\/completed-missions\/itp68-overview\/itp68-data-processing\/","title":{"rendered":"ITP 068 Data Processing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\t<h1>Data Processing<\/h1>\n\t<p>The 682 profiles that were transmitted from the ITP were processed according to the procedures described in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whoi.edu\/fileserver.do?id=35803&amp;pt=2&amp;p=41486\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ITP Updated Data Processing Procedures<\/a>. The processing parameters for the CTD and dissolved oxygen data are shown in the figures to the right. The biosuite sensor failed and provided no data, while SAMI data validation are described in Islam et al., (2017).<\/p>\n<p>Lag correction estimates for the CTD and dissolved oxygen were in typical ranges where thermohaline staircases were detected, but were largely interpolated over most of the time series. The dissolved oxygen sensor data profile-to-profile corrections were larregly constant, but increased significantly at the end of the series.
