002 Data Processing"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h1>ITP 2 Data Processing<\/h1>\r\n<p>The 244 profiles that were received from the ITP appear to be largely free of fouling and instrument errors, and were processed according to the procedures described in the\u00a0<a href=\"\/site\/itp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/92\/2019\/08\/ITP_Data_Processing_Procedures_35803-1.pdf\">ITP Data Processing Procedures<\/a>.\u00a0 The processing parameters\u00a0for ITP2 are shown in the figures to the right.\u00a0\u00a0A software bug in the underwater unit resulted in instrument resets during two profiles (107 and 214) so that no information is available from those.\u00a0\u00a0As per design, the instrument successfully resumed operation on the subsequent profiles.\u00a0\u00a0Profiles 188, 208, and 209 had large segments of presumably contaminated conductivity data that were discarded.\u00a0\u00a0A few other conductivity spikes were removed, but the temperature data appeared to be completely uncontaminated.<\/p>\r\n<p>See the Data Products tab to the left for descriptions of the three levels (I, II, III) of data processing and to access all data.<\/p>\r\n<p><a
