Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, beat together the milk, honey, vanilla, chamomile tea leaves, lemon zest, lemon juice, and kelp.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the contents of both bowls in the large bowl and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
