Here the R\/V<em> Sikuliaq a<\/em>pproaches NOAA\u2019s pier in Newport, OR, but there\u2019s one more chore to do \u2013 get that recovered equipment off the deck.\u00a0 You might be surprised at how quickly a motivated crew and science party can offload.\u00a0 Within 2 and half hours of docking, this deck was clear!\u00a0 As always, the Endurance 16 team appreciated the kind assistance and cooperation offered by the NOAA Marine Operations Center-Pacific (MOC-P).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the end of an expedition everyone\u2019s eager to get home.
