Greater information visualization is possible in the Topological Overview.<\/p>\n<p>A TIC is available for the\u00a0<a href=\"\/site\/repetagroup\/specdrom\/phytoplankton-cultures\/crocosphaera-watsonii\/crocosphaera-watsonii-analytical-results\/crocosphaera-watsonii-positive-tic\/\">positive<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"\/site\/repetagroup\/specdrom\/phytoplankton-cultures\/crocosphaera-watsonii\/crocosphaera-watsonii-analytical-results\/crocosphaera-watsonii-negative-tic\/\">negative<\/a>\u00a0electrospray mode.<\/p>\n<h2>Topological (&#8220;Map&#8221;)<\/h2>\n<p>This is a top-down, or bird&#8217;s-eye view of the data sets, plotting mass as a function of time, with mass intensity increasing with color intensity.<\/p>\n<p>A topological view is available for the\u00a0<a href=\"\/site\/repetagroup\/specdrom\/phytoplankton-cultures\/crocosphaera-watsonii\/crocosphaera-watsonii-analytical-results\/crocosphaera-watsonii-positive-topological-view\/\">positive<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"\/site\/repetagroup\/specdrom\/phytoplankton-cultures\/crocosphaera-watsonii\/crocosphaera-watsonii-analytical-results\/crocosphaera-watsonii-negative-topological-view\/\">negative<\/a>\u00a0electrospray mode.<\/p>\n<h2>Optical (UV-Visible)<\/h2>\n<p>For the optical absobance acquisition, two types of visualization are presented:<\/p>\n<h2>3D<\/h2>\n<p>These are various views of<a href=\"\/site\/repetagroup\/specdrom\/phytoplankton-cultures\/crocosphaera-watsonii\/crocosphaera-watsonii-analytical-results\/crocosphaera-watsonii-uv-visible-3d-views\/\">\u00a0intensity vs. wavelength vs. time<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Specific Wavelength<\/h2>\n<p>Two generally diagnostic\u00a0<a href=\"\/site\/repetagroup\/specdrom\/phytoplankton-cultures\/crocosphaera-watsonii\/crocosphaera-watsonii-analytical-results\/crocosphaera-watsonii-uv-visible-traces\/\">wavelengths<\/a>\u00a0(254 and 290 nm) are presented.<\/p>\n<h2>Compound Summary Table<\/h2>\n<p>A\u00a0<a href=\"\/site\/repetagroup\/specdrom\/phytoplankton-cultures\/crocosphaera-watsonii\/crocosphaera-watsonii-analytical-results\/crocosphaera-watsonii-compound-summary-table\/\">table<\/a>\u00a0showing potential retention-time \/ molecular weight pairs, and their molecular ions as determined by the &#8220;mzMine&#8221; program ( see &#8220;http:\/\/mzmine.sourceforge.net&#8221; for more information on this program).<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Analytical Results Chromatographic Overviews Mass Spectral For each mass spectral acquisition polarity, two visualizations are presented: Total Ion Chromatogram (&#8220;TIC&#8221;) The TIC is a trace of the summed intensity of all ions as a function of time.
