On 3–7, December, Alex G., Fouzia, and Alex K. presented their research at the 2024 AGU Fall Meeting in Washington, DC.

Alex G. had two presentations, one entitled, “We have a single, not a double, ITCZ bias is coupled climate models” and the other entitled, “Wind-evaporation-SST feedbacks in the east Pacific ITCZ: Analyzing the impact of daily versus monthly SSTs in forced CAM6 simulations” (Indrani Ganguly’s Ph.D. research).

Fouzia presented her research entitled, “The Seasonal Evolution of Low Clouds and the Southern ITCZ over the East Pacific Ocean.”

Alex K. presented his research entitled, “Clouds, Rain, and Wind during the Third Wind Forecast Improvement Project (WFIP3).”
