Specifically, she seeks to better understand the influence of sea-level rise, extreme weather events, and permafrost thaw on coastal groundwater dynamics and salinity distributions. Her research incorporates field campaigns to coastal temperate and polar environments, and utilizes numerical models to expand process-based understanding in space and time.
