Our article is available open access in Global Ecology and Biogeography (<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1111\/geb.12975\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1111\/geb.12975<\/a>), and our data tables are available in Dryad (<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.5061\/dryad.cn2rv96\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.5061\/dryad.cn2rv96<\/a>).
