Ocean-Shot Submission lead by Carol Anne Clayson

CASIMAS member Carol Anne Clayson has lead a submission to the National Academy of Sciences Ocean Decade U.S. competition, arguing for a large-scale set of sites for fully observing the atmosphere and ocean coupled boundary layers. A copy of the submission is here.
