A link of a *.zip file of ASCII classification results for HLY1001 is provided to the right.

Each file in this zipped folder is an ASCII comma-separated-variable (csv) file named IFCB8_2010_sdy_hhmmss.csv, where sdy is day of the year and hhmmss is the timestamp. This filename is the same convention used to collect IFCB data during ICESCAPE (see long listing below).

The csv files each have two columns: roi number (an integer), and classification (a string). For each entry in these csv files, to view the corresponding roi in the IFCB dashboard, use the following formula to create the web address:

http://ifcb-data.whoi.edu/Healy1001/IFCB8_2010_sdy_hhmmss_roinum.html

where 'roinum' is a 5-digit integer of the roi of interest, with leading zeros if needed.

e.g.,

http://ifcb-data.whoi.edu/Healy1001/IFCB8_2010_166_153559_00130.html

shows the actual image corresponding to the row in IFCB8_2010_166_153559.csv that indicates that roi 130 is a Leptocylindrus.
