About Laela Sayigh's Research

Dr. Sayigh’s research explores cetacean behavior and communication, with a particular focus on bottlenose dolphins. Collaborating with scientists from Brookfield Zoo Chicago’s Sarasota Dolphin Research Program, the University of St. Andrews, and Aarhus University, her work spans both fundamental studies on dolphin communication and applied research for conservation efforts.
