We examine the composition of organic matter in the marine environment, primarily through research at the Bermuda Atlantic Time-series Study site (BATS).

Through collaborations with other groups, we examine the composition of metabolites, from both dissolved and particulate organic matter, from a range of cultured microorganisms.
