NOSAMS at the MICADAS Users Workshop
In September, NOSAMS joined colleagues at UC Irvine and Ottawa to co-host the second MICADAS Users Workshop. The meeting brought together representatives from 22 laboratories to share practical experience, discuss common challenges, and develop best practices for more reliable and comparable radiocarbon measurements.
NOSAMS contributed operational insights while learning from other facilities. We will also lead a collaborative effort focused on measurements of differently sized graphite samples. This work, along with ongoing efforts to improve data reduction and reporting, will help us continue providing users with robust and transparent results.
