Biodiversity in the coastal ocean

My current research project in the coastal ocean is focused on the California Current Large Marine Ecosystem.

I also serve as data manager for the Ocean Observatories Initiative Coastal Pioneer Array, presently deployed in the Mid-Atlantic Bight (MAB).

I am co-PI for a NOAA-funded project "Harmful Algal Bloom Community Technology Accelerator" in collaboration with the Southern California Coastal Ocean Observing System (SCCOOS), Central and Northern California Ocean Observing System (CeNCOOS), University of California Santa Cruz, and Axiom Data Science [link to WHOI press release].
