ITP67 was deployed in the Chukchi/East Siberian Sea from the Korean research vessel Araon. The ITP profiler was programmed for a typical sampling schedule but did not communicate. The surface package, tether and anchor were recovered in the Beaufort Sea 3 years later from the CCGS Louis S. St. Laurent, but the profiler was not on the wire.
